What commercial truck tires do you carry?
Steer (front axle — handling/even wear), drive (rear powered — traction under torque), and trailer (non-powered — high load, heat resistance). All load ranges E–H, single and wide-base. Brands: Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Continental, Firestone, Hankook. Call 516-485-2292.
What’s the difference between steer, drive, and trailer tires?
Steer tires go on the front axle — precise handling, even wear. Drive tires on the rear powered axle — aggressive tread, traction under torque. Trailer tires handle non-powered axles with high load ratings and heat resistance. Wrong tire in the wrong position = safety problems and premature wear. We always spec correctly.
Do you perform Federal FMCSA DOT inspections?
Yes. Licensed FMCSA inspection station at 265 Hempstead Turnpike, West Hempstead, NY. Federal annual DOT inspections for commercial, heavy-duty, trailers, and diesel vehicles. Call 516-485-2292.
